Best of Friends
Awe...... now I'm not sure if the thrill and excitement of Disneyland had anything to do with the elated smiles of my girls, but this hugs brings me so much bliss and happiness whenever I see it, and I can't imagine a better image of true friendship, and yes they are sisters.
Kiora and Kylee are inseparable. I'm not going to lie they can fight likes cats and dogs at times, but the other times their love and compassion towards each other pull at the heart strings. The two won't even sleep in separate beds--great for me I get my office. They are even partners in crime and many times I have to call in the reinforcement--big papa--to even out the playing field.
It is my wish and hope, for everyone to find such love, joy and happiness true friendship brings, as these two crazy sisters have found in each other.

Kylee the KleptoManiac
There is no denying that Kylee is my daughter now.
So I started noticing things missing around the house or out of order, not that there really is any order to begin with, but I was starting to get that feeling that I was loosing my marbles, when I wasn't able to find things I just put away ten minutes ago. So of course Kylee chooses the most inopportune time to raid my most prized possession--any guesses?-- my cell phone.
Shocker I know if you have ever tried to reach me on it you would think I hate that thing and try to stay as far away from possible and never use it, but it really is my life line--did I mention I live in Maricopa. Today I had several conference calls, and I was meeting Tabatha in Tempe to sign some papers and takes some tests, and I was going to drive my husband's crappy car that I only used to drive the girls to school and back, so I needed my phone to signal a rescue call at any moment, and all of this had to be done before 10 A.M. so I could make it back to pick up Kylee.
7:15 I drop of the girls, take a shower get dressed and have my purse, keys, and baby--can't forget that, and I'm ready to go, but just as I'm leaving I go to grab my phone and it's not where I left it. Hmm
8:15 still searching for my phone I really can't leave without it (I know people say this all the time but if you ever ridden in my hubbies car you'll understand)
8:30 searching through the house, panicking, tearing the house apart, emailing Tim to rescue me, this happens more than I like to admit. He's calling me nonstop but I still can't hear a thing
9:00 I'm late and I don't have a phone to call and cancel my appointment sorry Tabatha, and then it dawns on me. . . .Giiiirllls!!!
9:05 rushing down to the school taking Kiora and Kylee out of class to find the culprit and to my surprise Kylee my dear sweet angel took my phone with her, So I walked her back to class to pick up my phone, and when we arrive the teacher hands me the phone with the battery detached telling me it kept on ringing and that was the only way they could figure out to make it stop----lol.
I would like to say the Klepto repented of her ways that day, but no she managed to swipe from me all that I hold dear, my credit cards, money, clothes, and my wedding ring which she lost, and when I asked her repeatedly to help my find it she would reply---"Forget about it" What is she part of the mafia?
I would like to say she get this from her father, but it's undeniably from me--at least I'm told.
